    Flag

    Every well, every hour, measured against what that well should be doing this week rather than against a threshold somebody set two years ago. Deviation, liquids, equipment condition, safety and regulatory clocks all raise flags in the same queue.
  2. 02

    Price

    Each flag carries a dollar figure: production at risk per day of inaction, valued at your working interest and your price deck, adjusted for how likely the intervention is to work. A gas-weighted well and an oil-weighted well stop looking alike.
  3. 03

    Rank

    Proactive maintenance, reactive anomalies, safety work and regulatory work compete on one economic ruler. Regulatory deadlines stay absolute where the regulator sets them; everything else sorts by what it is worth today.
  4. 04

    Route

    The ranked list becomes each field team member’s drive day, solved against crew qualifications, time windows, hours of service, equipment that has to travel with the job, and the roads between stops.
  5. 05

    Execute

    The work gets done and closed out at the wellhead: readings, parts, labor, condition, photos. The ticket and the accrual are generated from the close-out, booked with the work, not at month-end.

    Learn

    Every close-out answers the question the queue was asking: was this flag worth the visit? Outcomes, overrides and reason codes feed back into the scoring, so the ranking is sharper next week than it was this week.
