What does "ranked work loop" mean?

Every task across your asset base is scored by economic impact (dollars at risk × probability × downside risk) and risk (hazard profile × crew competency × exposure). The combined score drives dispatch. Cash flow objectives never override safety. Safety is a hard constraint in the optimizer, not a weight. Plans are continuously re-ranked as conditions, prices, and SCADA signals change.
