What it does

Five capabilities that turn 200 alarms into the 20 decisions that matter.

  • 1

Ingests SCADA + production + field data in real time

Connects read-only to Ignition, AVEVA PI, Cygnet, eLynX, IronIQ, and your production accounting stack. No rip-and-replace.

  • 2

Ranks every task by $ impact × probability × risk score

AI economic scoring factors production rate, commodity price, working interest, trend trajectory, and intervention success probability.

  • 3

Balances proactive PMs with reactive anomalies on one list

No separate queues. The ranked list is the list, maintenance, production, safety, and regulatory work compete on the same economic ruler.

  • 4

Delivers the plan to the truck cab by 6 AM

Mobile, offline-first. Every crew sees their ranked list before leaving the yard, no phone calls, no whiteboard huddle.

  • 5

    Re-ranks mid-shift when conditions change

Commodity price moves, weather hits, a crew goes down, Work Engine re-optimizes remaining work across all crews without dispatch intervention.

What it replaces

Retires the workarounds your team has been stacking for years.

Excel priority lists updated once a week

Stale by Monday afternoon.

The 200+ SCADA alarm inbox that gets ignored

No economic ranking; alarm fatigue is the outcome.

The superintendent's whiteboard + 6 AM phone huddle

Doesn't scale past one person's memory.

Analytics tools (Novi Labs, Enverus PRISM) that show data but don't generate action

Great for reporting yesterday, no help ranking tomorrow.

How it works

Three steps. From 200+ alarms to the truck cab.

1 · Ingest

Your existing data, normalized

Data Hub (free with platform) pulls SCADA, production accounting, CMMS, and asset lifecycle data into one unified well master. Bad readings, sensor drift, and stuck values are filtered before scoring.

2 · Rank

Every task scored by cash-flow impact × risk

Work Engine assigns an economic-impact score to every issue, dollars at risk per hour of inaction. Proactive maintenance and reactive anomalies compete on the same ruler.

3 · Execute

Ranked work plan in the truck cab by 6 AM

Route Optimization maps the ranked list to crew-specific daily plans. Mobile delivery, offline-first. Mid-shift re-ranking without a call to dispatch.

Proof

“My pumper would spend two days on the wrong wells because the deferred-production data was in one system, his morning route in another, and nobody had told him about the new high-priority equipment alarm at the next pad. The ranked list put us all on the same page. Same crew, 15% more cash flow.”

Common questions

How is Work Engine different from Peloton ProdView?

Peloton tracks work that's already been identified. Work Engine GENERATES ranked work from SCADA anomalies, engineering recommendations, and production drift, then routes it to crews. Different jobs. They complement: Peloton stays as system of record; Work Engine runs the operational loop on top.

Do I have to replace Enertia, Quorum, or Oildex?

No. Work Engine integrates with them read-only through Data Hub. Operational data flows in; financial results flow back. Named systems stay as systems of record.

How fast can we deploy?

Integration takes less than 1 week. Full stand-up in 2 weeks. Rollout to field crews within 4 weeks. First ranked plan typically lives in the truck cab by Day 14.

What does Work Engine cost?

From $35K for the GOOD tier (Data Hub + Work Engine). $95K for BETTER (+ Opportunity Scoring + Route Optimization). $155K for BEST (adds Work Order Management, Field Data Capture, Operations Dashboard). See /pricing for detail.

What data does Work Engine need to work?

SCADA / historian data (pressures, flow rates, temperatures, runtime hours) and production accounting data form the foundation. Optional: CMMS work order history and engineering recommendations sharpen the ranking further. If you have Ignition + Enertia, you have enough.

Does this work for small operators?

Sweet spot is 500+ wells. Below that, superintendents can usually run priority from memory. Above 500 wells, the economic ranking compounds, more wells, more data, better rankings.

The Work Loop

Every task moves through one loop and nothing disappears.

Agents generate the work. Crews run it. Exceptions escalate to engineering or defer with an approver on record. One state machine. Full chain of custody. Closed loop.
