State Production Reporting
One pipeline from SCADA to the filed state report.
The volumes that feed a state production filing also feed severance tax, royalty distribution, and, where applicable, federal reporting. Maintaining separate workflows on the same underlying data means separate places to drift. WorkSync DataHub pulls production accounting, SCADA meter data, and well tests into one reconciled pipeline, assembles each state filing in the accepted format, and preserves the audit trail for amendments.
By state
The filings we automate.
Monthly production report
Texas RRC Form PR
Monthly production report, assembled and 4-way reconciled (accounting vs meter vs gauge vs prior-period stock) before the last-week fire drill starts.
State deep-diveGross production tax
Oklahoma OTC 1004
Commingled SCOOP and STACK allocation, the severance tax rate menu per well, and the OCC 1000 cross-check, run in one pass.
State deep-diveBakken production + methane
North Dakota NDIC
Form 5/5B with frac-stage tracking, GOR granularity, condensate allocation, and the methane overlap (NDIC + EPA OOOOb/c + gas capture).
State deep-diveWyoming OGCC
Wyoming: condensate allocation and well-test cadence.
The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission requires monthly production reporting for every active well: oil, gas, condensate, and water volumes by well, sales disposition, and well-test data at the OGCC-required cadence. Wyoming differs from Texas or Oklahoma in two practical ways. Centralized gas processing is common (PRB wet gas, Greater Green River condensate-rich gas), so plant condensate has to be allocated back to producing wells, and the allocation rules are specific to Wyoming. And well-test cadence is enforced actively, so missed tests show up as agency notices rather than internal audit findings.
WorkSync handles both inside the same pipeline: the allocation engine supports gas-volume-weighted, BTU-weighted, and well-test-derived methods, preserving the factor as an audit trail across OGCC, severance tax, and revenue distribution, and a cadence tracker surfaces wells approaching their next-test deadline 30, 14, and 7 days out so the field team sequences tests into normal routes instead of scrambling after a notice.
