Federal Part 192 survey cycles drive the schedule, but not all leak candidates are equal. A Grade-1 near-school candidate and a Grade-3 rural candidate compete for the same crew-day on a date-ordered queue.

Fuser certifications, operator qualifications (OQs), and contractor competency live in HR or a compliance system. Dispatch happens in a separate tool. Reconciliation is end-of-quarter, audit failures are retrospective.
